Mango Cupcakes

Hi!

So i decided to try out a new recipe. Few days ago my mum showed me pictures of mango cupcakes. It's tempting so i decided to make one for myself and the family. I searched for various recipes on the net and decided to make my own recipe, simple and yummy since the recipes use too much ingredients and techniques.

And it's a success! alhamdulillah, it baked well and tasted good too! this cupcake is not sweet, it tasted just nice. And i pair it up with fresh-whipped cream on top, so that the mango flavors wouldn't fade away by normal buttercream. So, here it is guys:

Mini Cupcakes

On the top pic was an order from Aunt Mel, she ordered 100pcs of the mini cupcakes for her office's meeting. She requested for a two-tone mini cupcakes (obviously i choose red+regular colored cuppies) and topped with fluffy vanilla frosting. =)

On the lower pic, it was an order from Aunt Jane from Kg.Mahandoi, penampang. She also ordered 100pcs of these mini cuppies for an occasion at her house. It was my sister's idea to mix pink+blue and it somehow made the cuppies a 3-colored cuppies, so she named it monster's inc mini cupcakes =)

And we decided to top it off with two types of frosting, Vanilla and chocolate.

Budget Rainbow Cake

Heyy dolls! It was my aunt's birthday and she requested for a rainbow cake. I am on a budget, so here it is:

It's so simple yet delicious! weights around 1.5-1.8Kg =)

Chocolate heaven

A Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting, topped with grated dark chocolate and leaf-shaped white & dark chocolate for mother's day. Weights around 1.5KG, will definitely satisfy you sweet tooth!

Rainbow Caramel Pudding Cake

Rainbow cake with Caramel pudding on top. Best Served cold. You could also change the colors if you want to. =)

The cake is so soft and mellow, it melts in your mouth. Not joking guys!

Hey! So i heard about people going crazy for Pavlova, and i decided to make one! And the result is, EXCELLENT! My dad LOVES them! Hey, my food critics were my family, and when they say OKAY, it really is =)

Okay, so i am using grapes and mangoes at this time, but you can pick any 2 fruits i had listed on the Price List. And as you can see, it's a layer only. No worries, the RM90-120 Pavlova would be a 2-layered pavlova =)

Old Fashioned

Heyy guys! This is an old-fashioned butter cake. Perfect to serve for Hi-Tea's and even Meetings or any gatherings. It's moist and spongy! =)
